As a research entity, DCR will maintain the privacy of a study subject’s confidential information in accordance with all applicable IRB requirements; clinical trial and HIPAA business associate agreements; and laws, rules and regulations, including the Common Rule, The Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and HIPAA.
