Tara Kelley

Tara Kelley’s clinical operations experience spans 20 years and includes a broad range of project and resource management, strategic business planning, team building and effective leadership.  Her expertise includes protocol development through study closure from single site studies to global multi-site clinical studies.  Prior to joining DaVita in 2015, Tara served as Vice President of Operations for Radiant Research, an independent research site organization with more than 70 clinical research sites nationwide.  Her experience in growing investigator site networks with sound infrastructure and quality operations brought Ms. Kelley to her current position leading late phase clinical research operations for DaVita Kidney Care.  Tara earned a BA in Spanish and Biology from Texas Tech University, an MBA from the University of Dallas and she is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
